You will tour Peru and the Southern Andes as part of our Cusco and Puno program. This Peruvian vacation will begin in Lima, the vibrant capital and "City of Kings." Following that, we'll visit Pisac's vibrant market and archeological site. Then we'll visit the Ollantaytambo archaeological site. We'll also visit Andean villages and towns in the Sacred Valley to get a taste of local life. We'll eat a great buffet lunch while admiring the breathtaking scenery of the surrounding mountains and glaciers. When you visit Machu Picchu, the sacred citadel that is today one of the world's most popular tourist sites, you will leave with the most profound and spectacular impression. The original purpose of Machu Picchu is unknown, but many archaeologists believe they are getting closer to discovering it than ever before. Cusco City, the beautiful capital of the Incan Empire, will then astound you with its beauty and mystery. Finally, we'll take a private vehicle across the Andes to the world's highest navigable lake. We will travel from Cusco to Lake Titicaca, where we will see the Uros Islands and learn about some of South America's oldest customs. To summarize, adopting this program will allow you to genuinely experience the Andean soul's mystery.
Day 1: Arrival to Lima – Perú.
Arrival in Lima and assistance to the hotel.
Once you arrive at the international Lima’s airport, our representative will be waiting for you outside holding a board with your name on it. Then, we will tranfer you to your selected Hotel. There are no planned activities, so check into the Holtel and rest up.

Day 2: Lima.
Pick up and transfer to Lima's historical center at 14:00. We'll go on an interesting walking tour. We will take our visitors on a tour of our city's palaces, castles, beautiful Saint Francisco Monastery, and fascinating subterranean Catacombs.
First, we will visit the main square, the Archbishop's Palace, the Municipal Palace, the train station Palace, the one-of-a-kind old-fashioned ""Cordano Bar,"" colorful mansion palaces, the Jiron del Union Pathway, the Post Office Palace, the Dominicans Tower, and the Historical Rimac Bridge, as well as the lovely surrounded wooden Balconies, are all on the itinerary.
The historical center is considered a World Heritage protected by UNESCO. The tour will end around 18:00.

Day 3: Lima – Cusco – The Incas' Sacred Valley.
Breakfast at the Hotel, then we will pick you up at your Hotel to transfer to Lima airport for the flight to Cusco, The ancient Inca capital of the Incas.
Upon arrival in Cusco, our guide will be waiting for you to start the Traditional Sacred Valley tour. On our way to it we will stopped in Sacred Valley to have delicious lunch.
After our Lunch, take a visit to the Pisac market and site. The old Incan archeological site and city are on the crest of a mountain. There is an opportunity to experience our forefathers' unique stonemasonry ability personally.
Afterward, descend into the lovely small town, meander through its vibrant market, and purchase intricately crafted, locally hand-made goods. Then transfer to the hotel located at Sacred Valley of the Incas.

Day 4: The Incas' Sacred Valley.
Delicious breakfast at the hotel. Then, our tour guide and private transportation will pick us up to start our private tour to Ollantaytambo. This was the Last Incan refuge during Spanish colonization and is a place which will make you feel like you have stepped back in time due to the style of the buildings. Then, we will have a lunch a lunch in a restaurant.
After, we will have a delicious lunch. Then we'll go to the salt mines northwest of Maras. Around 2000 tiny wells may be found here, which are still utilized by locals to obtain salt. Then we'll visit Moray's magnificent circular terraces, which were utilized as a kind of Incan laboratory to acclimate crops.
Finally, you will be driven back to your accommodation, which is surrounded by the breathtaking backdrop of the Sacred Valley.

Day 5: The Incas' Sacred Valley – Machupicchu.
Breakfast at the hotel, pickup at 06:45, and transfer to Ollantaytambo train station. Then, Board a train to Aguas Calientes, the Pueblo of Machu Picchu. The train route passes through the Sacred Valley's breathtaking natural settings.
After our arrival we will then take the bus to the Machu Picchu archaeological site (2,430m/7,972ft). The mountaintop stronghold was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983 and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World in 2007.
The guided tour begins around 10:30 a.m., with the guide skillfully directing you through the spectacular ruins and main streets. Then stroll around the town squares and climb the elaborately carved stone stairways. According to esoteric understanding, Machu Picchu is the world's spiritual center.
The guided tour lasts approximately two hours and thirty minutes. Take the bus to Aguas Calientes between 13:30 and 14:00.
Lunch is served at a local restaurant in Aguas Calientes from 14:00 to 15:30. Then, we will check in to our selected Hotel in Aguas Calientes.

Day 6: Machupicchu – Cusco.
Without a question, Machu Picchu is one of the most unique sites on the planet. A visit here fulfills a lifelong goal for many people. Machu Picchu has a number of enjoyable hikes that last between one and three hours.
These hikes, such as Wayna Picchu Mountain and the Sun Gate Trek, can be done on your own. We'll eat lunch at a wonderful plaza restaurant, then later you will return by train to Ollantaytambo and then take a bus to your hotel in Cusco.

Day 7: Cusco.
You'll have the morning free today to explore the City at your leisure.
There are numerous things to do in Cusco, but wandering its small passageways and stone walls is a one-of-a-kind experience. Other attractions in Cusco include the historic San Pedro Market, the bohemian area of San Blas, or one of the many museums, such as the Museum of Pre-Colombian Art, Casa Concha, and others.
Our Cusco tour will begin between 13:00hrs and 13:20hrs in the afternoon. First, we'll go to the Cathedral of Cusco, which is close to the Plaza de Armas. The excursion then continues to the Qorikancha (Sun Temple) and four incredible archeological sites: Sacsaywaman, Qenqo, Pukapukara, and Tambomachay.
Our journey will conclude in the main square. Following the tour, you may like to dine in one of the many restaurants located around the main square. Alternatively, we may arrange for you to be dropped off at your hotel.

Day 8: Cusco – Puno.
Please take an early breakfast because we will be picking you up early today for your trip to Puno by Bus.
We will stop along the way to explore the natural and historic marvels that this path has to offer. We will first visit Andahuaylillas and its lovely chapel, followed by Raqchi or the Temple of Wiraqocha (Incan deity).
Following that, we'll have a delicious lunch amidst the Andean plateau. Then we'll see the breathtaking scenery of La Raya, the highest point between Cusco and Puno.
We will visit the Pucará Museum before arriving in Puno, where you will have the opportunity to purchase a traditional ceramic bull.
Upon arrival to Puno, Muyundi Travel representative will pick you up and assist you to your selected hotel.

Day 9: Titicaca Lake.
Breakfast at the hotel, pick-up at 7:00 a.m. and transfer to Puno's harbor. The Uros Floating Islands will be the first stop on our voyage. The Uros are the indigenous people who dwell on these man-made islands built of cattail cultivated in Lake Titicaca. To avoid fires, the houses are built on top of each other.
We'll spend an hour on the Island of Uros before heading to the Island of Taquile. It is important to note that the natives speak Quechua rather than Aymara. Taquile Island was previously part of the Inca Empire, which still impacts the architecture today.
Upon arrival on the island, we will receive some brief information and a tour until lunchtime. In the afternoon, the boat will take back Puno.The clients will be transferred back to the hotel from Puno's port.

Day 10: Puno – Lima.
Depending on your flight back to Lima we will pick you up at your Hotel Lobby and escort you to Juliaca Airport in a private transportation. Once you arrive at the airport, our program will conclude.
